Lakeside Square was deigned to be the cornerstone project of the Park Central mixed-use development created by the Equitable Life Assurance Company. The 18 story tower was delivered in 1985 and its original occupants included Perot Systems, Equitable Life Insurance Company and Equitable Real Estate Management.
